How does the Aurumtail™ Smart Litter Box work?
Sensors detect when your cat has finished. The drum rotates, sifts waste into a sealed compartment, and resets with clean litter.

 

Is it safe for kittens?
Aurumtail™ is recommended for cats over 1kg and older than 4 months. For kittens, wait until they’re large enough to safely trigger the sensors.

 

How many cats can use it?
It supports multi-cat households. The waste drawer may need emptying more often (every 3–5 days with 2+ cats).

 

Does it make noise?
The cleaning cycle is very quiet — comparable to a soft hum. Most cats are unbothered.

 

Which litter works best?
Any clumping litter (bentonite, tofu, mixed) works. Avoid non-clumping or crystal litters.

 

How much litter should I add?
We recommend approx. 5L per fill for optimal function.

 

How do I clean the unit?
Use the “empty” function, then wipe the drum with a damp cloth. Filters can be replaced as needed.

 

Is the unit large enough for big cats?
Yes, Aurumtail™ is suitable for cats up to 8kg.

 

Odor & Hygiene

Does it really control odors?
Yes. The sealed waste drawer + carbon filter minimizes odors. For best results, replace filters regularly.

 

How often do I replace filters?
Every 2–3 months depending on household use.

 

Is the waste drawer bag reusable?
We recommend using standard waste bags. Any similar-sized bag will work.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
Currently across the EU. Free shipping in BE/NL, flat €20 rate for other EU countries.

 

How long is delivery?

•     BE/NL: 3–6 business days

•     Rest of EU: 5–10 business days
Preorders may take 4–6 weeks depending on batch production.

 

Can I track my order?Yes, tracking details will be sent once shipped.

 

Returns & Warranty

What if my cat doesn’t adapt?
We recommend a slow introduction period. If your cat still resists, you may return within 14 days under EU cooling-off rules.

 

What warranty is included?
2-year warranty as standard. Founding 50 members receive an exclusive 3-year upgrade.

 

What if the unit arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement.

Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later?
